Sim Roll

Laser bar tape released by SimWorks by Gunung. The overall finish is thinly strained while maintaining the texture of leather for improved grip and fit to the handlebars. Accented with original engraved bar end caps, it is embossed with a luxurious crocodile pattern.

The leather used in Sim Roll is dyed and stamped in Banshu, Hyogo, the birthplace of leather processing in Japan. Next, the leather is cut into tapes in Asakusa, Tokyo, and then strained to a uniform thickness. The baton is passed from town to town and from craftsman to craftsman, and the bar-end caps are made and finalized at the Gunung workshop.
