#About shipping/delivery charges

Your purchased item will be shipped from Aichi Prefecture using Sagawa Express within 2-3 business days of the order date. (Saturdays and Sundays are holidays. Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to temporary closures, etc.)

Shipping costs vary depending on the region as follows:

Honshu ¥700
Shikoku/Kyushu ¥900
Hokkaido / Okinawa/Remote Islands ¥1,200

・Free shipping nationwide for purchases over ¥10,000 (tax included).

#Defective products/returns/exchanges

・When the product arrives, please check the contents immediately.

If the product is damaged

Please email us the details within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you immediately regarding the procedure. We will either ship a replacement product or refund the product price. However, if an exchange is not possible, such as if the product is sold out or discontinued, we will refund the product price. There is no charge for the replacement product shipping fee.

・If there is an error or missing item in the product

Please email us the details within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you immediately to arrange the procedure. We will ship the product you ordered. There is no shipping charge for you.

・Returns due to customer convenience

If you wish to return a product for reasons such as incorrect size or order, or refusal to accept the product (unavailable due to absence, unknown address), we will only accept returns if the product is unused and unopened, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is unused and unopened, we will ship a replacement item and process a refund.

If you sent the item to us cash on delivery, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the return shipping fee.
It may take a few days for the refund to be processed. If you do not receive the refund within 7-10 days, please contact the credit card company that you used.

In the event of refusal to accept the parcel (unavailable due to absence, address unknown, etc.), we will also refund the amount minus the return shipping fee.
