This is an aluminum column shim made by Nitto. It is used when installing a 1-1/8 inch stem on a 1 inch steering column.
*Compatible with Sim Works stems with a column height of 40-42mm. Cannot be used with Anna Lee stems, etc. *Please note that there may be minor storage scratches.
