This is a rear bracket that comes with the Flat 80 (H101). It can be firmly fastened at three points to firmly support a thick fender like the Flat 80. It may seem like a very small detail when you consider the entire bike, but that's exactly why it's important to have a sense and skill to assemble it as neatly as possible.
