MKS Promenade Ezy Brass For Circles
Circles special order MKS brass & black painted brass pedals
This is a special order model that Circles spent three years developing from the concept stage, with the side panels of MKS's classic pedals being manufactured from brass.
Unlike anodized aluminum or electro-deposition paint, the black paint will peel off over time, revealing the brass base. The exposed base metal will then oxidize, gradually becoming duller and, depending on the environment, may even develop a verdigris pattern. This is a finish that allows each user to enjoy different changes over time.
The sides of the Raw model are made from brass and finished in their natural state, and as they age with use they will become duller, but you can also enjoy polishing them to bring out a new luster.

The Promenade Ezy is a model that incorporates MKS's original Ezy system , which allows you to quickly and easily attach and detach the pedals without tools when transporting your folding bike or putting it in a car.
The classic pedal design has been recreated with modern technology, and the beautiful rounded cage plate has a minimal profile that is gentle on the soles of your shoes and provides excellent grip.
The aluminium body is built around a hand-tuned cup and cone bearing system for durability and smooth rotation, and can be serviced using a dedicated cap spanner .

At MKS, in order to extend the time between readjustments, the balls are adjusted so that they hit the clubs a little tighter. This contact is called "preload."
After using it for a while, it will start to rotate smoothly once it has settled in.
[MKS Ezy System]
- To attach the Ezy adapter to the crank, you will need a thin pedal spanner (15mm wide, 3.2mm thick or less). Use the MKS Pedal Spanner or a hub spanner, whichever is best for installation.
- When riding, be sure to insert the Ezy stopper into the Ezy pedal. If the stopper is not inserted, the pedal is not properly attached, which could damage the adapter or cause the pedal to fall off while riding.
- The Ezy Superior series (SIMWORKS Bubbly model) is not compatible with the Ezy series.
- To install the adapter for the first time, you will need a thin pedal spanner (15mm wide, 3.2mm thick or less). Please use the MKS original Pedal Spanner or a hub spanner, whichever is best for installation.
