SIMWORKS Wild Honey Bar

The new Wild Honey is a modern Randonneur updated for wider and further travel.

The Wild Honey bars are a modern update of Nitto's classic B135. While retaining the same basic shape, such as the reach (104mm), drop (120mm), and raised shoulders (7mm up), the clamp diameter has been increased to 31.8mm and the material has been changed to heat treated (for increased strength).

Towards wider randonneur bars

We've added new 510mm and 530mm widths, which are wider than the previous lineup. These are the center-to-center measurements at the ends, so the bar tops are a little narrower. This style provides stability when holding the lower handlebars and a relaxed feel when holding the upper handlebars, making it ideal for long touring and gravel riding.

The flare-type (V-shaped) handlebars and road levers are a great match, and the smoothly raised shoulders make it even more comfortable, allowing you to grip the brackets with your shoulders and elbows relaxed. The reach is also long at 104mm, but this doesn't feel too far thanks to the raised shoulders, and the long reach also makes it very easy to grip the upper part.
