This is a mount adapter for the cantilever brake base that came with the NITTO Campee Rack.
The stays are 7mm in diameter, the same as the connecting rods, so they can be used in combination with Dalman screws. This is useful when attaching a rack to a bike with cantilever brakes or V-brakes.
