Language and currency settings

We support Japanese and English along with USD, EURO and your country's currency. Please choose your own favorable currency for your payment. Our English might be a little weird because of Google translation. If you don’t understand what we are saying, please e-mail us anytime.

About shipping cost

What you concern the most is a shipping cost, right? We calculate the shipping cost depending on its weight. If you would like to know an approximate cost, you can click the button “Estimated shipping cost” in the shopping cart screen.

There might be a case that a shipping cost in the invoice and the actual shipping cost is different. If it happens like that, we will contact you for the adjustment. We will do our best to deliver the pack to you as soon and cheap as possible.

Some products can't be shipped

Most of items are available to oversea, but only Chemicals (oils, grease and degreasers ) and Complete bikes are unable to ship at this moment.

About tax

Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination. Please check the checkout page for the final price.

Please pay VAT by the method designated pursuant in each country on your own. We, Circles, are unable to misconduct any paper works such as an alternation of billed amount.

Order confirmation e-mail

Once we receive an order, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent. In case you don’t see this e-mail, please check your junk mail box or check if your registered e-mail address is correct or not. If you still cannot see it anywhere, please e-mail us immediately.

Change and additional order

If you need to change your order, please e-mail us immediately. We ship out within 1-2 days after order received, so you cannot change any after that.

About returns and exchanges

When you receive the item, please check the item you ordered first.

If more than 7 days have passed after delivery, we will not be able to discuss returns or exchanges.
